配重塊結構設計除應符合機器設備本身(shen)的(de)(de)要求和機械加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝性的(de)(de)要求外,還(huan)應符合鑄(zhu)造工(gong)(gong)藝的(de)(de)要求,配重(zhong)塊的(de)(de)結構設計應注意(yi)以下幾點:
一、要便(bian)于制造模型、芯盒和造型:
1)配重塊(kuai)的(de)外形應(ying)(ying)力求簡單,以便于起模,應(ying)(ying)盡(jin)量使(shi)鑄造分(fen)型面為平面,且(qie)數目小;
2)配重(zhong)塊的內腔應力求鑄造(zao)時(shi)不用或少(shao)用型(xing)芯,當采用型(xing)芯時(shi),應方便其支(zhi)撐(cheng)、固定及排氣出砂,時(shi)應設有(you)足夠的工藝孔;
3)對(dui)于配重塊(kuai)內外側面及加(jia)強肋等(deng)結(jie)(jie)構(gou),應在起模方向設有的結(jie)(jie)構(gou)斜度;
4)配重塊上的(de)(de)凸臺部分(fen)與配重鐵(tie)本(ben)體不應相差過大,好(hao)取(qu)同(tong)一高度,同(tong)一面上的(de)(de)距離較(jiao)近的(de)(de)幾(ji)個凸臺,好(hao)連成整體的(de)(de)凸起部分(fen)。
