配重塊結構設(she)計除應符合(he)機(ji)器(qi)設(she)備(bei)本身的要(yao)求(qiu)和機(ji)械加工(gong)工(gong)藝性的要(yao)求(qiu)外(wai),還(huan)應符合(he)鑄(zhu)造工(gong)藝的要(yao)求(qiu),配重塊的結構設(she)計應注意以下幾點:
一、要便于制造(zao)模型(xing)、芯盒和(he)造(zao)型(xing):
1)配重塊的(de)外形應力(li)求簡單,以便于起模,應盡量使鑄造(zao)分型(xing)面為(wei)平面,且數目小;
2)配重塊的(de)內腔應力(li)求鑄造時(shi)不(bu)用(yong)或少用(yong)型芯,當采用(yong)型芯時(shi),應方便其支撐、固定及排氣出砂,時(shi)應設有足夠(gou)的(de)工(gong)藝孔;
3)對于(yu)配重塊內外側面及加強肋等(deng)結構(gou),應在起模方(fang)向設有的結構(gou)斜(xie)度(du);
4)配重塊上(shang)的凸臺部(bu)分與配重鐵本體不(bu)應相(xiang)差過大,好取同(tong)一(yi)高(gao)度,同(tong)一(yi)面上(shang)的距離較近的幾個凸臺,好連成(cheng)整體的凸起部(bu)分。
